Aloha, welcome to our online gallery ! Kastner Design Associates, a partnership of brothers Jim Kastner and Steve Kastner, publishes a substantial collection of high quality photographic prints of Hawaii's valleys, streams, hidden beaches, lush forests and mountains. You may see some in our images section. During our twenty years of business in Honolulu, we have developed a series of special processes and techniques to deliver spectacular views of the Hawaiian Islands to our clients.
We have placed our work in many professional offices, homes, medical facilities, hotels, and commercial spaces. You can view pictures of some of these placements in our examples section.

We make our prints by hand in our studio darkroom from our sizable collection of large format negatives, taken during our frequent photographic expeditions. Because we process all of our prints in-house, we are able to guarantee the highest quality of workmanship and detailed clarity, even in the largest of prints. To ensure ease of maintenance, all of our artwork is glazed with Exhibitex, a material used with a process we have developed to seal the print and mat - allowing easy cleaning and glare-free viewing in any environment.
Our commitment to quality extends to the design and service portions of our business as well. We provide a wide range of options from executive gifts to the design and installation of large commercial projects.
